How to Make a Complaint
Last updated: October 2026
People who contact Aimsdust Garage Doors deserve a fair and honest experience. If you did not get one, tell us. This page shows how to file a complaint and what happens next. It is a general template, not legal advice.
What You Can Tell Us About
You can write to us about:
- How we handled your call or message
- How we used your personal information
- Anything on the site that looks unclear or wrong
- How a provider we connected you with behaved
When the Problem Is a Provider
Providers in our network are independent businesses. Each one sets its own quotes, prices and standards, and does its own work and customer service. If you are unhappy with work on your door, start by contacting the provider directly. Keep notes in writing.
Then tell us too. Your feedback helps us keep the network honest, and providers who keep falling short may be removed. Aimsdust Garage Doors cannot settle contract disputes, refund a provider's work or make decisions for a provider.
How to File
Email contact@aimsdust.property and include:
- Your name and contact details
- The date you contacted us or the provider
- The phone number or form you used, if you know it
- The provider's name, if you have it
- What went wrong and what result you want
What Happens Next
We will confirm by email that we got your message, usually within a few business days. Then we will review the matter. That may include contacting the provider. After that, we will write back with what we found and any step we are taking.
If You Are Still Unhappy
Reply to our answer and ask for a second look. You can also reach out to your state's consumer protection office, your state attorney general or the Better Business Bureau. If the provider holds a license, your state licensing board may be able to help.
